Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time assistance, we will help you identify your needs and provide you with the most suitable caregiver matches. We thoroughly screen and interview our caregivers and conduct background searches taking the guesswork out of the process.  We work with you throughout the process to bring you together with someone who is competent and with whom you are comfortable.

All services and fees are tailored to a client’s specific needs and ability to pay, and are dependent on whether the client wishes to contract ProComfort Care on an ongoing basis, or become the direct employer and pay a one-time placement fee only.

Fees for services can range from $15- $25 an hour and this rate is lowered as the number of hours increases to full-time. Full-time and part-time placements can have a one-time fee ranging between $500 and $2000 depending on a number of factors including the type of work, hours required and whether the client is looking for a live-in caregiver from abroad.
